Hybrid compound binder is used in the powerful V Groove Wheels. The single side cutting depth of the wheel can reach 6 mm. Under this cutting depth, the feed speed of the wheel can reach 90-120 mm/min. Under this grinding condition, the feed speed of ordinary resin bonded grinding wheel can only reach 50 mm/min at most. In the process of powerful V Groove Wheels, because of the small grinding resistance and low grinding temperature, the bar will not appear cracks, burns and thermal deformation. Due to the characteristics of special metal bonding agent, the grinding wheel has excellent wear resistance and can keep the grinding wheel sharp for a long time. At the same time, the repair cycle and service life of the grinding wheel will be greatly improved.

The strong V Groove Wheels are mainly used for the slotting of cemented carbide cutting tools to ensure the wear resistance and sharpness of the grinding wheel. It is suitable for grinding carbide cutting tools with large cutting depth and large feeding, which greatly improves the slotting processing efficiency of the whole cemented carbide cutting tools.
